Michaela qualified through Core Elements and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Yoga has played a big part in Michaela’s life, practicing under the same Yoga elder for over 15 years. She considers it to be the one thing that keeps her grounded, encourages inner expansion and allows her to be focused.
Michaela believes in keeping the body healthy and pain free by maximising range of movement through massage techniques to boost circulation, increase joint mobility and strengthen muscles.
She likes to work with the muscle to encourage it to relax and release, speeding up the bodies’ natural healing mechanism and returning it to its natural state.
In her spare time Michaela loves the gym, HIIT training, bootcamps and meditation.
