“It has always been my dream to work with great people in a job I love.
And I do! 18 years ago (ah-hem) I trained as an aromatherapist and instantly knew that physical therapy was set to be my vocation….unfortunately, at the time I was young and had to pay the rent so, I got a “proper job” in the printing industry where I sold print to large publishers such as Penguin Books, BBC and Time Warner.

When I had children, like many, I knew something had to change. I could no longer go off to London 3 days a week as I wanted to be home with my young family. So, I went back to what I love!

I retrained as a Sports Massage Therapist and started practicing at a local osteopath practice, when this grew and I wanted more knowledge, I trained as a Sports Therapist in Glasgow with Professor Graham Smith and the Society of Sports Therapist.
And now, I continue to learn and grow, and hope to do that forever!

Professionally, I generally work with private patients, but have worked with Chippenham Rugby Club, local running and gymnastics clubs and am now working with the GB Skeleton Team helping them on their journey to the 2018 Olympics.
In my spare time (I say spare time…I have two children and a full time job…however…), I love to run, or swim, or bodyboard, or lift weights, or stretch, or anything that keeps my body active. I am passionate about health and nutrition and improvement in all aspects of life.”
