Michelle Maxwell (UKA and England Endurance Running Coach) and Katie Campbell (Sports Therapist, BSc) have teamed up to offer you a complete running workshop this January.
Date: Saturday 13th January
Location: Active Potential Therapy, Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, SN14 6LH
Cost: £35 (Early Bird until 25.12.17) or £45 (Standard until 12.01.18)
Designed to prepare you for the spring training period, this workshop will boost your understanding of how the body performs at its best and equip you to improve your form, efficiency and speed.
The workshop will consist of:
- Understanding Running Technique and Biomechanics
- Preventing Common Running Injuries
- Strengthening Muscle Groups
- Gait Analysis Insight
- Nutrition Advice
- Training Tips
- Questions and Answers
Attend the workshop wearing comfortable running clothing and the trainers you usually run in. Bring along any burning questions you may have, as you’ll have an opportunity to ask Michelle and Katie during the workshop.
There are 8 places available on a first come, first serve basis. The small group size will allow Michelle and Katie to tailor this workshop to your running, giving you knowledge and practical techniques to take away and apply to your training. Drinks and refreshments are also included.
