Back by popular demand, Active Potential Therapy and Maxwell Coaching are teaming up to offer you a second running workshop this spring. The workshop will be led by Michelle Maxwell (UKA and England Endurance Running Coach), Phil Hale (Soft Tissue Therapist) and Katie Campbell (Sports Therapist, BSc).

Join Michelle, Phil and Katie for a workshop focused on boosting your understanding of how the body performs at its best and equipping you to improve your form, efficiency and speed.

Attend the workshop wearing comfortable running clothing and the trainers you usually run in. Bring along any burning questions you may have, as you’ll have an opportunity to ask the team during the workshop.
There are 8 places available on a first come, first serve basis. The small group size will allow the team to tailor this workshop to your running, giving you knowledge and practical techniques to take away and apply to your training. Drinks and refreshments are also included.
