We offer a full range of services that have helped many people return to full fitness, including Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Osteopathy, Gait Analysis, Acupuncture and Reflexology. Our goal is to help you to live a fuller and more active life.
I’m not sure what type of treatment I need.
It depends on your situation. If it’s a muscular pain, an acute problem or an injury resulting from sport, we would suggest sports therapy or sports massage. However if you’ve experienced the problem for several weeks and it hasn’t improved, or the pain is more joint-related, we would advise osteopathy for a detailed assessment and precise diagnosis. How can I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book an appointment is to use our online booking system. It’s quick and easy to use and available 24/7. Alternatively, you can call us on 01249 445426, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message through our Facebook page.
How long an appointment should I book?
Your first appointment should be one hour; any subsequent appointments can range from 30 minutes to one hour. Our practitioners can advise on length of subsequent appointments depending on your situation.
How much does an appointment cost?
Our prices vary depending on the treatment. You can view our price list here. You can pay for an appointment by card or cash.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that there are times when you may need to miss an appointment due to other commitments or emergencies. However, so as not to prevent someone else from booking, we ask for booked appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full fee for that appointment. However, if you rearrange this appointment within two weeks, you will be charged a reduced fee of 50% for the appointment.
Can I book an appointment for my child?
Yes of course you can, but please inform us in advance if you have booked an appointment for your child.
Where are you located?
Our address is 9 Cavalier Court, Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 6LH. Once you enter Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate, keep going straight ahead towards the far end. Then go over the speed bump, take the first right and you’ll see us on the left. Our postcode usually only takes you as far as the Royal Mail Sorting Office; from there, continue straight along the road and follow the same directions.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive five minutes before the time of your first appointment, as you will need to complete a short registration form when you arrive.
What should I wear to my appointment?
The best clothing to wear for your appointment would be a comfortable t-shirt and pair of shorts. Though you are free to wear everyday clothing and change once you have arrived if you would prefer.
What facilities does the clinic have?
The clinic has multiple toilets, a water cooler and a comfortable waiting area. It is fully accessible for wheelchair users through double doors to reception. There are customer parking spaces located outside the front of the clinic.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, you can bring your children. We’d advise you to bring quiet entertainment for your children to keep them occupied whilst they wait.
What products do you stock?
We have several products for sale including foam rollers, yoga blocks, Thera-Bands, massage balls and nutrition products.
I’m pregnant. Can I still be treated?
We are unable to offer treatments to anyone in the first trimester of their pregnancy. Regardless of your pregnancy stage, please make us aware that you are pregnant when you book your appointment.
I’ve just had an operation. Can I still be treated?
If you have had an operation in the last six months, we’d advise you to check with us before booking your appointment.
Do you work with insurance companies?
No, we don’t.
